Berea lets you read the Bible with context always one click away: traditional scholar-curated cross-references and AI-found semantic matches, an ask-a-question study assistant, notes, and memorization decks. Every AI answer is grounded in real verses and cited inline — if the text doesn't support an answer, it says so instead of guessing.

HOW IT’S BUILT

All ~31,000 verses were embedded with Voyage AI and indexed for fast vector search (Postgres + pgvector, HNSW). A question retrieves the passage plus its cross-references and semantic matches, and Claude answers only from that context, citing every claim. Related verses render as an animated radial graph — the selected verse at the center, matches orbiting it, sized by relevance.
